Say hello to Aloha Taste LLC, the culinary passion project of Xuanwei Liu, who’s been serving up mouthwatering Chinese Dim Sum for the past year! Operating from a commercial kitchen, Xuanwei is on a mission to share traditional flavors with the community, one delicious bite at a time.

A Chef with a Vision
With over 10 years of culinary experience, Xuanwei is no stranger to the kitchen. Though they don’t have a storefront (yet!), their dream of having one in the future is very much alive—and we’re here for it!

Xuanwei’s motivation is deeply rooted in joy and satisfaction. They say, “Good quality means everything,” and hearing positive feedback and praise from customers keeps them inspired and confident.

While the commute from home can be long, Xuanwei stays focused with confidence and honesty. They find joy in customer interactions and believe in the power of food to bring people together.

Their proudest moment? Telling their father, “I am doing better than you, Dad,” and knowing it came from a place of pride and passion.
