For more than 32 years, Klickitat Canyon Winery has been growing, fermenting, and handcrafting natural wines and nourishing foods right in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. Owned and operated by Kiva Dobson and family, this small farm and winery is rooted in Ecodynamic Agriculture, a farming approach that blends permaculture, habitat stewardship, and sustainability to nurture both land and community.​




Organic wines, vinegars, pestos and so much more made, raised and crafted with care
From fresh-pressed ciders and organic natural wines to infused vinegars, seasonal pestos, fava bean hummus, and pasture-raised pork, lamb, and chicken, every product is carefully grown, raised, and made by hand on their farm. Their unique Gorge location provides diverse microclimates that make each harvest and bottle truly special.
While Kiva and the team plan to open a tasting room and farm store in the future, right now you can only find their one-of-a-kind creations at local farmers’ markets.
