We had Chef Plemmons, the Culinary Arts instructor at OC, Monica Downen of Monica's Waterfront Bakery and Cafe, and Manu Alfau of Evergreen Pizza come by and demonstrate how to make delicious and nutritious meals using produce from our vendors.
